Job Requirements
- passion for culinary arts, creativity and a strong production culinary background
- previous experience in healthcare, senior living or hotel settings
- strong knowledge of compliance to food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standards
- experience in high-end catering preferred
- culinary degree is desired
- certified executive chef (C.E.C.) preferred

- associate's degree or equivalent experience
- at least 2 years of management experience
- minimum 1 year of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering, institutional services, or mall food courts

- strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- experience in healthcare, senior living, or hotel culinary settings
- bilingual abilities considered a plus
Job Duties
- manage the food production for residents with a strong focus on residents well-being
- demonstrate experience supervising a culinary team and possess a hands-on innovative leadership approach to management
- oversee the food service operations budget
- build strong client relationships while meeting the expectations of the client and Sodexo
- ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- plan and execute high-volume catering events
- innovate menu planning to meet diverse nutritional needs
