Job Requirements

  • associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum two years of management experience
  • minimum one year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts
  • ServSafe certification
  • knowledge of HAACP guidelines
  • strong leadership skills
  • proficiency in computer skills
  • highly organized and detail-focused

Job Duties

  • assist with implementing and standardizing all culinary systems and procedures for hospital
  • help manage, direct, and mentor frontline staff
  • assist with procurement and purchasing
  • help create menus based on client needs
  • implement innovative and fresh ideas in retail, catering, and patient services
  • create interpersonal relationships with client
