Job Requirements
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills preferred
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in related field preferred
- 1-3 years relevant experience in a related field or area
- Ability to interact with multiple levels of leadership
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Effective organization and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to facilitate discussions with leaders
- Ability to manage at a macro level and identify when a refined approach is necessary

Job Duties
- Assist with ongoing activities such as scheduling calls and meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, drafting communications, assisting with special projects
- Provide executive level support including maintaining calendar appointments and prioritizing meetings
- Coordinate all travel arrangements including flights, cars, hotels, and meals
- Manage meeting logistics including handling invitations, tracking attendees, and taking notes
- Submit expense reports in a timely manner
- Handle confidential correspondence routinely
- Proofread, verify, and assemble information including correspondence, PowerPoint slides, handouts, and spreadsheets
- Participate in projects and/or events including researching, organizing details, and follow-through with execution
- Compile data for monthly and annual reports independently or with guidance
- Serve as a liaison between Enterprise Support Services and other departments or external contacts
- Act as a firm systems, tools and industry knowledge resource
