Job Requirements

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills preferred
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in related field preferred
  • 1-3 years relevant experience in a related field or area
  • Ability to interact with multiple levels of leadership
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Effective organization and time management skills

  • Ability to facilitate discussions with leaders
  • Ability to manage at a macro level and identify when a refined approach is necessary

Job Duties

  • Assist with ongoing activities such as scheduling calls and meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, drafting communications, assisting with special projects
  • Provide executive level support including maintaining calendar appointments and prioritizing meetings
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements including flights, cars, hotels, and meals
  • Manage meeting logistics including handling invitations, tracking attendees, and taking notes
  • Submit expense reports in a timely manner
  • Handle confidential correspondence routinely
  • Proofread, verify, and assemble information including correspondence, PowerPoint slides, handouts, and spreadsheets
  • Participate in projects and/or events including researching, organizing details, and follow-through with execution
  • Compile data for monthly and annual reports independently or with guidance
  • Serve as a liaison between Enterprise Support Services and other departments or external contacts
  • Act as a firm systems, tools and industry knowledge resource
