The Portfolio Performance Group within the Real Assets team at Macquarie is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior executives in a high-performing, fast-paced, and deal-driven environment. This team operates with agility across complex transactions, providing high visibility and meaningful exposure to senior stakeholders. The Executive Assistant role goes beyond typical support duties, offering the chance to become a true business partner within a team of approximately ten professionals working closely across regions on active transactions and strategic initiatives.
In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, expertly managing complex and highly dynamic calendars, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones, and overseeing domestic and international travel arrangements using Concur. Your responsibilities will include supporting deal-related activities, enhancing workflow efficiencies, and contributing to team initiatives such as event planning and employee engagement activities. Your success in the first year will be marked by your ability to establish yourself as an indispensable partner to executives, manage competing priorities with discretion and sound judgment, and identify process improvements that enhance team productivity.
Macquarie offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 per year, with the potential for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The role includes comprehensive benefits such as wellbeing leave, paid parental leave, volunteer leave, insurance plans, access to counseling and coaching services, learning and development opportunities, recognition programs, hybrid working arrangements, and reimbursement for home office equipment.
