Currently, HHS is seeking motivated and experienced leaders to join their team as part of their expanding organizational structure. An analytical mindset is essential as the role requires data analysis to adjust operations in alignment with facility, budget, and compliance targets. Additionally, executing, maintaining, and monitoring quality control systems and budgets form a significant part of the responsibilities. Leaders in this position also ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulatory agencies, emphasizing the importance of a safe and compliant work environment.

This role demands interpersonal skills that allow for effective interaction at every organizational level, strong communication abilities across written, spoken, and non-verbal mediums, and a service-oriented approach focused on exceeding customer expectations. This leadership position offers opportunities for flexible scheduling that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. While proficiency in languages other than English, especially Spanish, as well as familiarity with OSHA, The Joint Commission, and other regulatory requirements is not mandatory, such skills are considered a significant advantage.
