Job Description

Bathing Solutions of Murrieta, CA, is a well-established company specializing in home improvement products and services. We are currently seeking an Events Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in expanding and leading our Event Department. This is an exciting full-time opportunity with a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $800 to $1,200 per week plus commission. As an Events Marketing Manager, you will lead, motivate, and develop a team of Event Demonstrators charged with representing our brand at various public events across Riverside County. Your main objective will be to generate new business leads, increase brand awareness, and ultimately drive sales of our home improvement products and services.

In this role, you will manage all aspects of event marketing, from finding and booking the most lucrative and popular shows and events for your team to attend every weekend, to ensuring smooth booth setup and takedown. Your leadership will directly impact the performance and productivity of your Demonstrators, who rely on your guidance and training. You will also be responsible for creating schedules that maximize coverage at these events and meticulously tracking your department’s productivity, labor, inventory, and budget to ensure all goals are met efficiently.

The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, has excellent interpersonal skills, and is passionate about customer engagement. You will be a natural team leader with previous experience in recruiting, hiring, and mentoring staff, especially within a customer-facing marketing context. Organizing and coordinating your team will be crucial as you balance administrative duties with hands-on promotional activities. Strong communication with both your team and upper management will be key to maintaining alignment and continued success.

This position demands dedication and enthusiasm for weekend work, as events primarily occur on Saturdays and Sundays. The ability to stand for extended periods while presenting products, engaging potential customers, and managing booth logistics is necessary. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required, as travel throughout Riverside County is fundamental to this role. Basic computer literacy is also important to manage reporting and administrative responsibilities effectively.

Job Duties

  • Find and book new shows and events for every weekend within your designated territory to demonstrate in
  • Generate leads that generate sales and profit from these show and event booths
  • Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and manage your team of Event Demonstrators who work alongside you
  • Ensure these promotional booths are safely set up and removed before and after every event
  • Plan, coordinate, and organize schedules and calendars for you, your events, and your team
  • Weekly maintain, track, and report your department’s productivity, labor, inventory, and budget
  • Set and ensure goals for each event, week, and month are achieved
  • Keep open, regular, and prompt communication with supervision and other departments
