This position requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining superior communication skills and professionalism.

Furthermore, the Events Manager will provide detailed post-event reports utilizing surveys and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve event quality. A critical aspect of the role includes advising stakeholders on suitable sponsorship opportunities and conference participation to maximize the firm’s visibility. The manager will coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and potential speakers or thought leaders to ensure seamless event delivery. Additionally, the role involves managing sporting and event tickets, including allocation, inventory tracking, distribution, and compliance reporting. The role is hybrid with some remote work options and requires the flexibility to travel 10-25% for on-site event support.

The expected salary range for this position is $109,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on skills, experience, education, certifications, and market factors. Successful candidates will also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and a generous employee benefits package. Mizuho encourages individuals who thrive in a high-energy, entrepreneurial culture and seek to work collaboratively within a global financial services firm to apply.
