Job Description
We are a vibrant hospitality and entertainment campus that offers a dynamic and engaging environment for guests and professionals alike. Our campus blends a variety of food halls, event spaces, and entertainment offerings to create a unique atmosphere where people can come together for celebrations, community events, and memorable experiences. We pride ourselves on delivering top-tier hospitality services with a focus on quality, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. Our venue is designed to accommodate a wide range of private and public gatherings, including weddings, corporate functions, community festivals, and specialty events, drawing a diverse clientele and fostering strong community connections. As we continue to grow and expand our event offerings, we are looking for dedicated professionals who are passionate about hospitality and skilled at managing complex event logistics within a fast-paced environment. This is a place where creativity, client relationship-building, and operational precision come together to produce unforgettable events.
The role of the Events Manager is integral to the continued success of our event operations. This position involves leading the full lifecycle of private event management, from initial sales inquiry through to flawless event execution and post-event reconciliation. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and highly organized professional with a strong service orientation, comfortable managing multiple events simultaneously. They must be adept in event sales and client relations, capable of creating and maintaining strong bonds with clients while also driving new business through proactive outreach and community engagement. Operationally, this role requires meticulous attention to detail in event planning, including the development and coordination of banquet event orders (BEOs), vendor and departmental collaboration, and ensuring seamless onsite event delivery. Leadership is a key aspect of the position, as the Events Manager will supervise and support the Events Coordinator and the broader support team, providing coaching and guidance to uphold high standards of event execution. The role also demands financial acumen to handle contracts, deposits, event reporting, and reconciliation.
Further, this role supports public events and campus-wide activations alongside the senior event leadership, playing a vital part in large-scale coordination and logistics for festivals, car shows, and other ticketed experiences. Working across multiple departments, including catering, kitchen, and campus management, the Events Manager ensures the alignment of all operational elements to meet and exceed guest expectations. Due to the nature of hospitality and events, flexibility in working hours is essential, with evening, weekend, and holiday shifts frequently required. With competitive salary offerings, comprehensive health benefits, and a supportive working environment emphasizing professional growth, this position is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives on delivering exceptional events in a collaborative and fast-paced hospitality setting.
