The Events Coordinator at Life Time plays a vital role within the Events and Corporate Communications team. This full-time position is tasked with providing logistical and tactical support that directly influences the success of various events and adult sports programming within the club. The core responsibility revolves around ensuring that members receive an outstanding experience through well-organized events and engaging sports programs. This role involves close collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders as well as external vendors to coordinate and execute Life Time’s vibrant in-center events. By supporting adult sports programming, the Events Coordinator contributes to member retention and satisfaction, aligning each event with the company’s Mission and Vision Statement.
In addition to handling event logistics, the role requires comprehensive project management skills to assist with marketing campaigns centered around club events. Engaging both members and non-members to promote these programs ensures visibility and increased participation. The ability to measure and report on event outcomes is critical to refining future events and contributing to the overall growth and success of Life Time’s offerings. Key to this position is an exceptional attention to detail, advanced communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office software. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 to 2 years of experience coordinating corporate or retail event programs
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- high attention to detail
- knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- CPR and AED certified
- ability to travel as required
