Proficiency with computer applications such as Windows and Microsoft Office is essential along with familiarity with event booking management systems like EBMS and R25. The coordinator will also ensure compliance with safety procedures and facility policies at all times during event operations. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules is necessary.
