Job Requirements
- A four-year hospitality degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 18 months hotel experience preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in general computer knowledge
- Geographically mobile

Job Duties
- Work closely with Sales and Event Sales Managers in administrative duties
- Negotiate contracts and service client accounts
- Coordinate banquet food, beverage, and setup services including menu planning and agenda setting
- Review contracts and facilitate communication before, during, and after events with hotel staff
- Assist in hosting site inspections when needed
- Participate or lead event and staff meetings
- Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills on assignments
