Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- excellent communication skills
- customer service experience is advantageous
- comfortable working in busy public-facing environments
- physically able to handle event setup tasks
- proactive and practical attitude

- previous experience in events, hospitality, or retail is helpful but not required
- basic knowledge of event logistics and setup is a plus

Job Duties
- assisting with the logistics and setup of event spaces and promotional materials
- engaging consumers and representing client brands in a professional manner
- supporting team leads during live activations
- contributing to post-event reporting and debrief sessions
- helping maintain equipment and inventory for events
- coordinating with vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials
- managing on-site troubleshooting during live events
