The role of Events & Marketing Coordinator is a pivotal position designed for a polished and articulate professional with a strong background in coordinating events and supporting marketing initiatives. The chosen candidate will be working closely with senior leadership, including the VP of Marketing & Communications and the Director of Events, to deliver exceptional event experiences and marketing support. This role involves coordinating a broad range of events, such as networking gatherings, speaker series, and exclusive founder dinners, handling all logistics from scheduling and venue selection to attendee communications and onsite support. The role requires occasional evening and weekend availability to provide support during events, aligning with the firm’s active event calendar.
In addition to event coordination, the coordinator will assist with marketing operations, including public relations coordination, social media management, content logistics, and media-related projects like photoshoots and video production. They will also be responsible for tracking expenses, managing inventory and promotional materials, and ensuring smooth marketing workflows across teams. This position is full-time and based onsite in San Francisco, offering a salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 with eligibility for bonuses and an excellent benefits package. Job Duties
- Support the VP of Marketing & Communications and Director of Events
