Job Requirements

- Willingness to work onsite in San Francisco
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-caliber environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Polished, professional, and highly collaborative with a low-ego approach
- Experience in events, marketing, or coordination roles is highly preferred
- Venture capital experience not required
Job Duties
- Support the VP of Marketing & Communications and Director of Events
- Coordinate a wide range of events, including networking events, speaker series, and founder dinners
- Manage event logistics end-to-end, including scheduling, venue coordination, transportation, and attendee communications
- Provide onsite event support, including occasional evening/weekend coverage
- Assist with marketing operations, including PR coordination, social media support, and content logistics
- Coordinate photoshoots, video production, and media-related initiatives
- Track expenses, manage inventory and swag, and support general marketing workflows
- Collaborate cross-functionally across marketing, communications, and events teams
