Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- 8+ years of relevant experience in training, HR, events management, or culture building
- At least 2 years focused on event logistics
- 2+ years in a role with significant culture-building impact
- Experience in healthcare, clinical environments, or mission-driven organizations preferred
- Familiarity with learning and development program design
- Must be able to work remotely full time
Job Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience in training, HR, events management, or culture building, with at least 2 years focused on event logistics
- 2+ years in a role with significant culture-building impact
- Experience in healthcare, clinical environments, or mission-driven organizations is preferred
- Familiarity with learning and development program design and instructional content creation is a plus
Job Duties
- Plan and execute company offsites and team-specific events, managing logistics and ensuring inclusive participation
- Develop and run celebrations for work anniversaries and key milestones, creating scalable processes for recognition
- Measure and improve employee engagement through pulse surveys and feedback collection, synthesizing insights for program enhancements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align events and culture initiatives with organizational goals
- Manage budgets and vendor relationships related to event planning
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and connection through continuous engagement efforts
- Maintain detailed records of events and culture programs to report on their effectiveness
