This full-time, exempt position offers a competitive salary ranging from $72,000 to $79,000 annually, with additional performance-based bonuses. The role demands a passionate professional who thrives in collaborative, team-oriented environments and upholds strong values that reflect a dedication to excellence and hospitality.

As an Events & Banquets Coordinator, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless event execution at this prestigious club. The successful candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the entire lifecycle of their events—from initial planning to execution, and post-event follow-up.

The role requires impeccable attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead and support event operations on the floor. The coordinator will also be integral in assisting with operational tasks, inventory management, and maintaining readiness within assigned areas to uphold the club's high service standards. This position reports directly to the Food & Beverage Manager and operates within the Catering and Events department.

Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills, not only with clients but also with kitchen and service teams, to ensure clear and effective collaboration. The Events & Banquets Coordinator will facilitate pre-event briefings, coordinate with various event staff, and help resolve challenges that arise during events. The role also involves supporting onboarding and training initiatives and actively participating in site inspections and event planning efforts to enhance guest experiences.

Availability is crucial for this role, with a requirement to be on-site from Thursday through Monday, including availability for daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday events. This ensures that the coordinator is present when needed to deliver a memorable and flawless event experience for clients and guests alike.

In summary, this opportunity is ideal for a dedicated hospitality professional with 2-3 years of relevant experience who prides themselves on their work ethic, values respect in the workplace, and enjoys contributing to a dynamic team-driven culture. Joining this prestigious private club through AppKrew offers the chance to grow professionally while making a tangible impact by delivering exceptional events in an upscale environment.
