The Event Support role at Mint Cannabis is essential for the smooth execution of promotional events throughout Arizona. This position is responsible for the logistical coordination and operation behind the scenes, ensuring that every event is professional, organized, and engaging. The Event Support associate will manage the transportation, set up, and breakdown of event equipment such as tents, tables, and branded materials. This role demands a hands-on approach to inventory management, utilizing tools like Google Sheets to track supplies and maintain cleanliness and order of all event possessions. It also entails light warehouse duties and inventory audits, promoting operational efficiency between events. Job Requirements

  • At least 25 years of age
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
  • Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
  • Eligible for a Facility Agent Card per Arizona regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year experience in events, logistics, or warehouse work preferred
  • Confidence in lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace especially Sheets for tracking
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
  • Eligible to work in cannabis and capable of obtaining a Facility Agent Card in Arizona
  • Positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to work behind the scenes

Job Duties

  • Support events from the ground up by loading, unloading, and setting up tents, tables, and promotional gear
  • Transport items safely and on time to locations across the Valley
  • Keep all event items clean, organized, and in working order
  • Manage and track event inventory using Google Sheets
  • Perform light warehouse tasks and inventory audits between events
  • Pitch in wherever needed to make each event a success
  • Adapt to flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays
