Job Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously

  • Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 lbs
  • Certifications in A/V technology or meeting platforms (preferred)
  • Experience with hybrid event setups and streaming technologies (preferred)
  • Familiarity with event management software or scheduling tools (preferred)

Job Duties

  • Provide on-site and remote support for internal and external meetings, conferences, and corporate events
  • Set up, test, and operate audio/visual equipment including microphones, speakers, projectors, video walls, and conferencing systems
  • Support and troubleshoot virtual meeting platforms including Microsoft Teams, Webex, Zoom, and others
  • Collaborate with IT, Facilities, and Event Planning teams to ensure all technical aspects of events are covered
  • Maintain and manage inventory of A/V equipment and supplies
  • Provide real-time troubleshooting during live events to ensure minimal disruption
  • Assist with recording, streaming, and post-event media management
  • Train and guide employees on best practices for using meeting technologies
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend upgrades or improvements
