Job Requirements

High school diploma required
At least 2 years of hospitality service experience
Experience with private clubs, fine dining, or luxury goods is preferred
At least 1 year in a server assistant, busser, or barback role
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
A professional appearance which meets NEXUS’s Personal Presentation Policies
Flexible availability on a week-to-week basis and availability to work nights, weekends, and potential holidays

Job Qualifications

High School Diploma
At least 2 years of hospitality service experience
Experience with private clubs, fine dining, or luxury goods is preferred
At least 1 year in a server assistant, busser, or barback role
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail

Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Job Duties

Assisting in event setup in accordance to the Banquet Event Order (BEO)
Assisting with running food and bussing throughout the event
Assisting the servers and bartenders with water and wine service and restocking needed supplies throughout the event
Assist with setting up all needed products and materials for service before the event to ensure efficient and accurate preparation of food based on Banquet Event Order (BEO)
Check in and out with event leadership team to ensure setup and breakdown are clear and understood
Work hand in hand with other event staff to ensure smooth understanding of roles and responsibilities during the event
Ensure high quality of cleanliness and organization throughout the club
Uphold Nexus Club’s visions and values while performing positional responsibilities
Adhere to company policies and procedures, as stated in the employee handbook
Perform other job-related activities as required or assigned by event leadership
