Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in event setup or similar role preferred
- ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- strong physical stamina and endurance
- effective communication skills
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- valid driver's license preferred

Job Duties
- assist with event setup and breakdown activities
- organize furniture, displays, signage, and equipment according to event layouts
- transport and arrange event materials safely and efficiently
- support the team with venue preparation and coordination tasks
- maintain cleanliness and organization of event areas and storage spaces
- ensure all setup tasks are completed on schedule
- provide professional support during live events when needed
- follow workplace safety procedures and company standards
