The company is currently seeking a Client Operations Support Manager to oversee administrative functions at the account level. This full-time role offers an annual salary of $57,783 along with an auto allowance of $135 per bi-weekly pay period. The Client Operations Support Manager will work closely with branch leadership and regional management personnel to manage invoicing, scheduling, client relations, event coordination, compliance, and employee interview and selection processes. This position is pivotal in maintaining system efficiency, contractual compliance, and achieving financial goals for assigned accounts.
The Manager’s responsibilities include safeguarding personnel licensing files, managing uniform and equipment procurement, and completing necessary employment documentation. They will be instrumental in maintaining operational metrics that drive business decisions and ensure workforce readiness through strategic scheduling and staffing plans. Additionally, the Manager will play a crucial role in event management, quality assurance, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Job Duties
- Maintain future work schedules by assigning appropriately trained personnel
- implement and improve detailed tracking of staff training and certifications
- develop and implement staffing plans for emergencies and long-term growth
- act in an event management capacity to ensure event staff effectiveness
- develop and implement quality assurance programs
- provide expert advice on resolving operational shortcomings
- participate in recruitment, interviewing, selecting, and training of new employees
- conduct performance appraisals, employee grievance handling, and disciplinary actions
- safeguard personnel information and ensure proper record keeping
- manage onsite inventory of critical supplies
- make independent decisions on personnel assignments to reduce non-billable overtime
- allot open shifts to maximize staff utilization
- submit procurement orders
- recommend productivity and cost reduction measures
- ensure timely submission of 90-day event calendar
- serve as backup for scheduling
- enforce company policies on timekeeping and breaks
- conduct disciplinary and counseling sessions
- initiate termination procedures
- maintain high employee morale and low turnover
- ensure consistent execution of hiring and termination procedures
- enforce event-specific policies and procedures through communication and training
- utilize field training staff as needed to assist in event/site training
