Live Nation thrives on a culture of diversity, inclusion, and opportunity, fostering an environment where employees can contribute meaningfully and grow professionally.

The role available within Live Nation is that of a Bartender positioned in one of its high-volume live entertainment venues. This job is crucial to enhancing customer experience by preparing and serving a wide range of beverages according to standard recipes and venue specifications while maintaining compliance with all responsible alcohol service policies and local ordinances. The Bartender must be adept at suggestively selling both beverages and menu items to guests to drive sales and enhance the visitor's experience. Prospective candidates should be prepared to work flexible schedules, including special events, which are integral to the venue's operations.

This role demands a high level of professionalism and the ability to recognize and manage guests who may be intoxicated, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all patrons. The Bartender will be required to successfully pass a pour test before each shift and hold responsible alcohol awareness training certification or its equivalent. Candidates must bring significant experience from a fast-paced, high-volume service environment and be confident in their cash handling skills. Bar safety, sanitation, and equipment reporting are essential aspects of the job. The position offers an opportunity to be part of an innovative company committed to equal employment opportunities, fostering an inclusive culture, and providing reasonable accommodations as necessary.
