  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • successfully complete a background investigation
  • pass a post-offer pre-employment drug and alcohol test
  • may be required to pass a driver’s record check

Job Duties

  • Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution
  • allow appropriate entry into each venue
  • collect and/or scan tickets
  • verify wristbands and badges
  • direct traffic coming in and out of the venue
  • demonstrate understanding of venue policies, procedures and regulations
  • greet guests with a friendly and personal approach
  • provide guests with helpful directions and suggestions
  • maintain positive interactions with guests including smiling and using a friendly tone
