Delaware North is a globally recognized, family-owned company with over 100 years of history, operating in various sectors such as sports, entertainment, parks, and hospitality. Patina Group specializes in luxury dining and event management, fostering an environment that values creativity, excellence, and high-touch customer service.
Monsieur Dior by Dominique Crenn is one of Patina Group’s premier luxury dining destinations, located on the iconic Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, California. This exclusive restaurant represents a unique collaboration between Dior and Michelin-starred Chef Dominique Crenn, combining the art of haute couture with culinary innovation. The restaurant offers an à la carte menu that emphasizes seasonal ingredients and artistic presentation, celebrating fashion and culture through its creatively themed dishes. Working at Monsieur Dior means engaging with a sophisticated, high-end clientele and contributing to an atmosphere of elegance and refinement.
The role of Event Sales Manager at Monsieur Dior offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a luxury, chef-driven environment focused on delivering unforgettable experiences. This full-time position includes a competitive base salary ranging from $70,304 to $73,700 annually, alongside an annual bonus plan or an uncapped sales incentive plan based on individual and company performance. The Event Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth while maintaining the highest standards of client service.
In this position, you will play a critical role from the initial client inquiry to the flawless execution of events. Building and nurturing meaningful client relationships is essential, as you will act as the primary liaison coordinating with various teams, including culinary, operations, and brand partners, to ensure every event meets the guest’s expectations. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, proactive follow-through, and the ability to provide personalized, high-touch service that aligns with the luxury standards of Monsieur Dior.
This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of the sales process and the ability to negotiate effectively. You will need to manage guest relations before and after events, ensuring that quality assurance standards are consistently surpassed. Additionally, you will create quarterly action plans to leverage the market and support financial goals, sometimes working evenings or weekends to accommodate event needs. This is an ideal opportunity for a professional with prior catering sales experience within luxury or full-service environments seeking to advance their career in a prestigious and dynamic hospitality setting.
Delaware North values its team members and offers an inclusive culture with various career development paths. Employees benefit from comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plans with company match, paid vacation and holidays, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement. Join a company committed to fostering your growth while delivering unrivaled guest experiences in some of the world’s most iconic venues and destinations.
