Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management event planning or related field
  • minimum of 3 years experience in event sales or event planning
  • proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • proficiency with event management software such as Tripleseat
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • experience in event sales event planning hospitality management or venue coordination
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • experience with event management or CRM software Tripleseat or similar preferred
  • excellent communication and client-facing skills
