Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management event planning or related field
- minimum of 3 years experience in event sales or event planning
- proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- proficiency with event management software such as Tripleseat
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- experience in event sales event planning hospitality management or venue coordination
- strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- experience with event management or CRM software Tripleseat or similar preferred
- excellent communication and client-facing skills
- ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- experience in a private club golf course hotel or event venue preferred
Job Duties
- manage the event sales process including lead generation client inquiries tours proposals and contract execution
- coordinate and execute weddings corporate events golf outings and private events
- build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- use Tripleseat event management software to track inquiries bookings and event details
- lead weekly Banquet Event Order (BEO) meetings with internal teams
- collaborate with food & beverage culinary and golf operations teams to ensure seamless event execution
- oversee event timelines setup and on-site coordination
- develop and implement club social events and member programming
- track event revenue expenses and commissions
- ensure all events meet the club's hospitality and service standards
