Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management event planning or related field
  • minimum of 3 years experience in event sales or event planning
  • proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • proficiency with event management software such as Tripleseat
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • experience in event sales event planning hospitality management or venue coordination
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • experience with event management or CRM software Tripleseat or similar preferred
  • excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • experience in a private club golf course hotel or event venue preferred

Job Duties

  • manage the event sales process including lead generation client inquiries tours proposals and contract execution
  • coordinate and execute weddings corporate events golf outings and private events
  • build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
  • use Tripleseat event management software to track inquiries bookings and event details
  • lead weekly Banquet Event Order (BEO) meetings with internal teams
  • collaborate with food & beverage culinary and golf operations teams to ensure seamless event execution
  • oversee event timelines setup and on-site coordination
  • develop and implement club social events and member programming
  • track event revenue expenses and commissions
  • ensure all events meet the club's hospitality and service standards
