Job Description

Dorsia is an innovative hospitality technology company that is redefining access to some of the most sought-after restaurants, events, and experiences worldwide. Established as a forward-thinking leader in the hospitality-tech space, Dorsia combines cutting-edge technology with luxury hospitality to provide its members with exclusive opportunities such as booking impossible-to-get reservations. The company also offers valuable tools for hospitality operators, enabling them to gain unprecedented levels of control, visibility, and revenue optimization. Since its inception, Dorsia has experienced significant growth, notably increasing its revenue by 480 percent in 2025 and expanding its presence to over 400 venues across 25 global destinations. This expansion was highlighted by the launch of its Culture Calendar, which extends beyond restaurants to include access to widely acclaimed cultural events and moments.

Backed by $54 million in funding from prominent investors such as Index Ventures, Invus, and Red Sea Ventures, along with strategic partnerships with influential organizations like MoonPay, Major Food Group, and The Dinex Group (Daniel Boulud), Dorsia is entering a pivotal phase in its growth trajectory. The company is passionate about building a team of exceptional talent to help shape the future of global hospitality, driving innovation and excellence at every stage.

The Event Producer role at Dorsia provides a unique opportunity to own the full production lifecycle of a diverse array of events, ranging from intimate member dinners to large-scale brand activations. This position demands a detail-oriented, hands-on professional who excels in managing multiple complex tasks—from wiring run-of-shows and negotiating vendor contracts to specifying audiovisual setups and coordinating an event calendar across numerous projects. The ideal candidate will be the linchpin connecting internal teams such as Brand, Partnerships, and Membership with external production partners, ensuring every event aligns with Dorsia’s high standards for quality and member experience.

As an Event Producer, you will oversee every phase of event production. This includes transforming creative concepts into comprehensive production plans, leading on-site execution to maintain smooth show flow, managing vendor relationships to guarantee scope, budget, and timeline adherence, and reviewing post-event outcomes to drive continuous improvement. Your role will be pivotal in creating immersive, premium events that embody the Dorsia brand, contributing directly to the company’s mission to elevate social and cultural experiences.

Dorsia’s culture is deeply people-centric and artistically driven, emphasizing the value of in-person collaboration to spark creativity and build meaningful connections. The company thrives on a high-performance culture where ambition, talent, and a passion for excellence are celebrated. This is not a conventional 9-to-5 environment; it demands flexibility, enthusiasm for dynamic work hours, and a genuine love for creating memorable experiences. The Event Producer will thrive in this fast-paced atmosphere, delivering exceptional results while embracing the unique challenges that come with reshaping how culture is lived and celebrated globally.

This full-time position offers competitive salary packages tailored according to experience, inclusive of equity and a comprehensive benefits package comprising medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible paid time off, 401(k) plans, commuter benefits, and more, reflecting Dorsia’s commitment to employee wellbeing and growth.
