As a trusted partner and preferred operator for well-known brands such as Hilton, Hyatt, Kimpton, Marriott, and Margaritaville, Davidson Hospitality Group embodies a unique entrepreneurial management style combined with an owners' mentality. This approach allows the company to provide personalized service akin to a smaller company while benefiting from the skills, experience, and resources of a larger organization. The company is structured into four specialized operating verticals including Davidson Hotels, Pivot, Davidson Resorts, and Davidson Restaurant Group, each geared towards delivering exceptional value and experiences to clients, guests, and team members alike.

At Davidson Hospitality Group, the emphasis on delivering value extends beyond guests and clients to their own team members, with an enriching benefits program designed to support employee well-being and personal growth. Team members enjoy a range of comprehensive healthcare coverage options, including multiple tiers of medical plans, dental and vision insurance, 24/7 telehealth services, and free maintenance medications. Additional perks such as pet insurance, exclusive hotel discounts, tuition reimbursement, paid time off including vacation, sick, bereavement, and holidays, as well as a 401K match program, reflect the company's commitment to a holistic employment experience.

The role of Event Planning Manager at Davidson Hospitality Group is an exciting opportunity for creative and detail-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments. The manager is also present during events to proactively solve challenges and suggest alternatives to previous arrangements, ensuring seamless event flow.

This role requires hands-on management of group logistics, including room block coordination, catering services, public meeting space usage, and billing processes. The ideal candidate will naturally exhibit strong leadership qualities, effective time management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage pressure while maintaining professionalism and confidence. Familiarity and experience with major Hospitality Sales CRM systems are essential to optimize sales operations and enhance customer service.
