Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in senior living or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to upholding confidentiality and HIPAA standards
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members

- Experience in event planning or social program coordination
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement diverse programming

Job Duties
- Create, market, and lead a broad range of spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional events
- Develop tailored social programs reflecting residents' interests and needs
- Plan and implement a yearly calendar of social events
- Lead and participate in scheduled activities encouraging resident participation
- Track attendance and resident satisfaction for all programs
- Coordinate marketing and social events with the Executive Director
- Maintain and update community resource files to enhance programming options
