Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in senior living or related field preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to upholding confidentiality and HIPAA standards
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members

  • Experience in event planning or social program coordination
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement diverse programming

Job Duties

  • Create, market, and lead a broad range of spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional events
  • Develop tailored social programs reflecting residents' interests and needs
  • Plan and implement a yearly calendar of social events
  • Lead and participate in scheduled activities encouraging resident participation
  • Track attendance and resident satisfaction for all programs
  • Coordinate marketing and social events with the Executive Director
  • Maintain and update community resource files to enhance programming options
