Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after an event has been booked
  • Guide clients through the planning process and ensure all details are clearly documented and communicated
  • Develop event timelines and logistics
  • Coordinate food and beverage plans with vendors
  • Manage event add-ons such as rentals, entertainment, or experiential components
  • Review proposals and commitments made during the sales process
  • Confirm timelines, space usage, guest counts, and event structure
  • Identify logistical challenges or operational conflicts early
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to adjust plans when necessary
  • Coordinate logistics such as food vendors, entertainment, rentals, and alcohol service
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager, Hospitality Operations Manager, facilities teams, food vendors, and programming teams
  • Attend events on-site to coordinate execution and troubleshoot issues
  • Respond to inbound event inquiries and prepare proposals
  • Convert qualified inbound leads into booked events
  • Ensure events run smoothly and guests have excellent experiences
