Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after an event has been booked
- Guide clients through the planning process and ensure all details are clearly documented and communicated
- Develop event timelines and logistics
- Coordinate food and beverage plans with vendors
- Manage event add-ons such as rentals, entertainment, or experiential components
- Review proposals and commitments made during the sales process
- Confirm timelines, space usage, guest counts, and event structure
- Identify logistical challenges or operational conflicts early
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to adjust plans when necessary
- Coordinate logistics such as food vendors, entertainment, rentals, and alcohol service
- Work closely with the Sales Manager, Hospitality Operations Manager, facilities teams, food vendors, and programming teams
- Attend events on-site to coordinate execution and troubleshoot issues
- Respond to inbound event inquiries and prepare proposals
- Convert qualified inbound leads into booked events
- Ensure events run smoothly and guests have excellent experiences
