Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum 6 months experience in event planning or related hospitality field preferred
  • 2 years customer service experience required
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • strong communication skills both oral and written
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities efficiently
  • flexible availability to accommodate various event times
  • problem-solving orientation
  • self-motivated and able to work independently
  • willingness to take direction and collaborate effectively

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • prefer 6 months event planning or hospitality experience
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • excellent oral and written communication skills
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • ability to work flexible days including early mornings and late afternoons
  • self-starter and independent worker
  • strong dedication to customer satisfaction

Job Duties

  • Track client visits appropriately
  • liaise regularly with internal contacts and clients to coordinate on-site visits
  • maintain travel information for clients and senior leadership
  • escort clients during meetings and provide necessary items
  • create and distribute client on-site itineraries
  • coordinate booking and preparation of conference rooms
  • order and manage delivery of food and beverages including dietary considerations
  • coordinate transportation for clients to and from sites
  • coordinate internal company meetings, trainings, and employee events
  • support general administrative tasks including reception desk backup
  • assist with senior leadership travel arrangements and company celebrations
