Job Description
Shared Services Argo and Farm Family are specialty property and casualty insurance brands operating as wholly owned subsidiaries of Clearbrook Holdings Inc. This role is for an Event Planner within the Shared Services team, offering a dynamic opportunity to create memorable events that range from intimate social gatherings to large-scale multi-day retreats and international programs. The Event Planner will take ownership of various events, ensuring meticulous planning and flawless execution while collaborating closely with internal teams, clients, brokers, and senior leadership.
The ideal candidate will have autonomy and visibility in their role, with real impact on the company’s event experiences. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end event logistics, vendor coordination, budget tracking, and using technology platforms such as Salesforce and Pardot to streamline communication and event workflows. Events supported are diverse in size and scope, with opportunities to lead both smaller and midsized events independently and to contribute to major annual programs as part of a collaborative team.

Job Duties
- Plan and execute a wide range of events including managing smaller and midsized events independently and partnering on major annual programs
- Lead logistics and operations by sourcing venues, coordinating vendors, travel partners, transportation, and activities
- Manage registration workflows and attendee communications
- Support onsite execution with authority to resolve issues
- Drive organization and process by building timelines, task lists, event documentation, tracking expenses, managing invoices, and supporting forecasting
- Create and improve templates and processes to help the team scale
- Use Salesforce and Pardot to build event communications and workflows
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Procurement, Legal, Shared Services, and senior leaders to keep everyone aligned and informed
