This role is for an Event Planner within the Shared Services team, offering a dynamic opportunity to create memorable events that range from intimate social gatherings to large-scale multi-day retreats and international programs. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end event logistics, vendor coordination, budget tracking, and using technology platforms such as Salesforce and Pardot to streamline communication and event workflows. Events supported are diverse in size and scope, with opportunities to lead both smaller and midsized events independently and to contribute to major annual programs as part of a collaborative team.
