Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of hands-on event planning experience
- Experience managing food and beverage and decor
- Comfortable being onsite for events including setup, execution and breakdown
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience managing event budgets including projections and reconciliations
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders and vendors
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Ability to work early mornings on occasion
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and nonstandard hours
- Ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs and be on feet for extended periods
- Clear communicator with strong attention to detail
- Genuine passion for event planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using Cvent, Marketo or similar platforms
- Education preferred in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications or related field
- Ability to travel approximately 25 percent regionally
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Hybrid work availability Tuesday through Thursday
- Located within driving distance to Clearwater, FL

- Clear communicator with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience using Cvent, Marketo or other event registration and virtual event platforms
- Education preferred in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent experience
- Ability to handle onsite event work including setup, execution, and breakdown
- Flexibility to work early mornings and occasional evenings as required
- Ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs and be on feet for extended periods during event days
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel within Tampa area
Job Duties
- Plan and execute a variety of corporate events primarily based in Clearwater and Tampa areas
- Partner with event stakeholders to gather requirements and develop event plans
- Create detailed budgets and proposals
- Manage key logistics with a heavy focus on food and beverage, decor, room setup, and overall guest experience
- Research, recommend, and manage venues, catering partners, decor vendors, and other event suppliers
- Negotiate vendor contracts and manage costs to ensure budget alignment
- Own full budget accountability including projections, tracking, and post-event reconciliation
- Develop event agendas and timelines
- Coordinate audiovisual services and third-party production partners
- Manage event communications including invitations and registration
- Provide onsite event support, including early morning setup and afterhours execution
- Support recurring happy hours and evening events approximately once per month
- Utilize event tracking tools and databases to manage workflows and reporting
- Collaborate closely with the broader Events team to share best practices and support coverage
- Complete additional event-related duties as assigned
