Job Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
  • Proven experience in event planning
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Pardot
  • Ability to work onsite 100%
  • Willingness to travel for event logistics and onsite visits

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in event planning and management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with event management software and CRM tools such as Salesforce and Pardot
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Plan and execute a wide range of events independently
  • Lead logistics and operations for events including venue sourcing and onsite visits
  • Coordinate vendors, travel partners, transportation, and activities
  • Manage registration workflows and attendee communication
  • Support onsite execution with authority to resolve issues
  • Build timelines, task lists, and event documentation
  • Track expenses, manage invoices, and support forecasting
  • Create and improve templates and processes
  • Use Salesforce/Pardot to build event communications and workflows
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Procurement, Legal, Shared Services, and senior leaders to keep everyone aligned
