Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
- Proven experience in event planning
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Pardot
- Ability to work onsite 100%
- Willingness to travel for event logistics and onsite visits
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in event planning and management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with event management software and CRM tools such as Salesforce and Pardot
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Plan and execute a wide range of events independently
- Lead logistics and operations for events including venue sourcing and onsite visits
- Coordinate vendors, travel partners, transportation, and activities
- Manage registration workflows and attendee communication
- Support onsite execution with authority to resolve issues
- Build timelines, task lists, and event documentation
- Track expenses, manage invoices, and support forecasting
- Create and improve templates and processes
- Use Salesforce/Pardot to build event communications and workflows
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Procurement, Legal, Shared Services, and senior leaders to keep everyone aligned
