Job Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • proven event planning experience
  • excellent organizational skills
  • strong communication abilities
  • proficiency with Salesforce and event management tools
  • ability to work onsite in designated locations
  • capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in event planning or related field
  • proven experience managing corporate events
  • strong project management and organizational skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • proficiency in event management software and Salesforce/Pardot
  • ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • experience with budget tracking and vendor negotiations

Job Duties

  • Plan and execute a wide range of events
  • manage smaller and mid-sized events independently
  • source venues including onsite visits for major events
  • coordinate vendors, travel partners, transportation, and activities
  • manage registration workflows and attendee communication
  • support onsite execution with authority to resolve issues
  • build timelines, task lists, and event documentation
  • track expenses, manage invoices, and support forecasting
  • create and improve templates and processes
  • use Salesforce/Pardot to build event communications and workflows
  • collaborate with Marketing, Procurement, Legal, Shared Services, and senior leaders
