The Operations Supervisor role at Encore is pivotal in driving seamless floor operations with a strong emphasis on customer service, staff leadership, and operational efficiencies. The hourly pay range for the Operations Supervisor position is $20.82 to $27.07, with final compensation influenced by qualifications, experience, location, and other factors such as travel requirements and specific skills. Operationally, the position demands physical activity including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and occasionally carrying heavier weights in a hotel or warehouse environment.
