The Event Operations Manager role at Lucky Strike Entertainment is an exciting opportunity for an event professional with a passion for hospitality, impeccable organizational skills, and leadership capabilities. This position reports directly to the General Manager and involves managing and guiding a team of Event Hosts to ensure seamless, successful events that drive customer satisfaction and repeat business. The successful candidate will be the key on-site leader responsible for hosting special events, coordinating with sales and operations teams, and actively engaging with clients to exceed their expectations.

Event Operations Managers oversee all aspects of event setup and execution, ensuring a guest-focused approach is consistently delivered. They play a crucial role in forecasting event needs and managing staffing schedules through the use of client databases while maintaining strong communication with the event teams. This role demands flexibility, requiring availability to work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours. The ability to adapt and respond proactively to changing event demands is paramount.

Ideal candidates will have experience in event planning and execution, a solid understanding of the food and beverage and hospitality industries, and excellent team leadership capabilities. Proficiency in MS Office, database software, and POS register systems is preferred to aid in managing the operational and administrative duties related to event management. The role provides an engaging work environment within an entertainment-focused setting where physical activity such as walking, standing, and occasional lifting is expected.

The pay range for this role is $27 to $29 per hour plus commission, complemented by performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package including healthcare coverage and multiple other benefits. Job Requirements

  • 1 year plus management experience
  • 2 plus years banquet captain experience
  • knowledge of food and beverage and hospitality industry
  • experience in event planning and execution
  • proficiency in MS Office Suite and database software preferred
