The Event Operations Manager role at Lucky Strike Entertainment is an exceptional position designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic entertainment environment combining bowling, arcade games, parties, and great food. This managerial role involves overseeing a team of Event Hosts to ensure that every event hosted at the center runs smoothly and exceeds guest expectations. Reporting directly to the center's General Manager, the Event Operations Manager plays a crucial role in creating seamless event experiences that encourage repeat bookings and high guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include hosting special events, managing the event host team, liaising with sales and operations staff, and maintaining excellent client relationships. The position requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, flexibility in scheduling including weekends and holidays, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- minimum 1 year of management experience
- 2 or more years banquet captain experience
- knowledge of food and beverage and hospitality industry
- broad knowledge or experience in event planning and execution
- proficiency in MS Office suite preferred
- knowledge of POS register systems
- flexible to work weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 year or more of management experience
- 2 years or more experience as banquet captain
- knowledge of food and beverage and hospitality industry
- broad knowledge or experience in event planning and execution
- proficiency in MS Office suite and database software preferred

Job Duties
- Host special events
- manage your team of event hosts
- oversee all setup of appropriate areas
- work with sales staff and operations team to create seamless event experiences
- make personal connections with event clients and ensure guest needs are exceeded
- promote a guest-focused hosting approach
- complete all event reporting and use guest feedback to improve satisfaction
- utilize client database to forecast events and schedule staff
- counsel and discipline staff as needed following HR policies
