Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of event operations or management experience required
  • proficiency with event management software required
  • strong budgeting skills required
  • ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to remain calm and effective under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event operations or management
  • proficiency with event management software
  • strong budgeting and financial management skills
  • exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • proven leadership experience in managing teams and vendors

Job Duties

  • Developing detailed event timelines and operational plans
  • managing event budgets and tracking expenses
  • sourcing and negotiating with suppliers including caterers, AV technicians, decorators, and security
  • ensuring compliance with safety regulations and permits
  • leading and managing event staff and volunteers on-site
  • troubleshooting and problem-solving in real-time during events
  • coordinating with sales and creative teams to execute client visions
