Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of event operations or management experience required
- proficiency with event management software required
- strong budgeting skills required
- ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Marketing, or related field preferred
- minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event operations or management
- proficiency with event management software
- strong budgeting and financial management skills
- exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proven leadership experience in managing teams and vendors
Job Duties
- Developing detailed event timelines and operational plans
- managing event budgets and tracking expenses
- sourcing and negotiating with suppliers including caterers, AV technicians, decorators, and security
- ensuring compliance with safety regulations and permits
- leading and managing event staff and volunteers on-site
- troubleshooting and problem-solving in real-time during events
- coordinating with sales and creative teams to execute client visions
