As an Event Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our events by ensuring smooth operations from the initial planning stages through to post-event wrap-up. This full-time position requires a dedicated professional who can oversee all logistical aspects of event production. Working closely with our sales and creative teams, you will translate client needs and objectives into tangible outcomes, managing everything from budgeting to on-site execution. Your responsibilities will include developing detailed event timelines and operational plans that cover every aspect of event logistics. Vendor management will be a crucial part of your role, encompassing the sourcing, negotiation, and coordination with caterers, AV technicians, decorators, security personnel, and other key suppliers. Additionally, you will be tasked with ensuring all events comply with relevant safety standards and regulatory permits.

Leadership is at the heart of this role. You will lead and manage event staff and volunteers, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes efficiency and guest satisfaction. The ability to manage crises and troubleshoot issues in real time during events will be essential to maintaining the high standards we promise our clients. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
