Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality event management or related field preferred
- 1 to 3 years of experience in event coordination or operations within hospitality or resorts
- Strong organizational multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proactive attitude attention to detail and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

Job Duties
- Coordinate and manage all operational aspects of events including setup logistics and on-site support

- Assist with guest services during events ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience
- Monitor and troubleshoot operational issues during events providing quick and effective solutions
