Job Description

Our company is a leading player in the robotics and technology sector, dedicated to innovation and excellence in delivering cutting-edge hardware solutions. We pride ourselves on pushing the boundaries of what robots can achieve to improve various industries. As a technology-focused business, we constantly strive to stay ahead in a fast-paced, competitive market by showcasing our advanced products at a wide range of trade shows, industry conferences, and high-profile corporate events. We believe that active participation in these events is crucial for generating leads, establishing brand authority, and connecting meaningfully with stakeholders across various markets.

We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Event Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in planning and executing a strategic calendar of events that aligns with our business objectives of lead generation and brand amplification. The Event Marketing Manager will spearhead the comprehensive event lifecycle — from initial strategy conception through meticulous logistical management to impactful post-event analysis. This includes responsibilities such as managing booth production, vendor coordination, freight and shipping logistics, on-site setup and breakdown, and facilitating high-quality attendee engagement. The individual will serve as a key brand ambassador, ensuring that our robotics products are optimally positioned to capture the attention and interest of industry professionals and potential clients.

Beyond in-person activities, the role also involves overseeing the creation of engaging multimedia content, including still images, video production, and live streaming, to broaden the reach and enhance the digital footprint of our events. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure that event messaging is cohesive and that technical demonstrations showcase product capabilities effectively. The ability to analyze event performance through robust tracking of return on investment (ROI), lead intelligence gathering, and detailed reporting is crucial for refining future event strategies. Experience with customer relationship management systems, particularly HubSpot, and expertise in building custom attribution tracking models for in-person events will be highly advantageous.

This full-time, in-person role offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We provide a supportive and innovative work environment that encourages professional growth and development. If you have a passion for events, technology, and driving business growth through experiential marketing, this is an excellent opportunity to make a tangible impact within an exciting and evolving industry.
