  • experience in banquet management, catering coordination, or guest services is highly desirable
  • knowledge of budgeting principles and experience in managing event budgets efficiently
  • familiarity with hotel or restaurant operations as well as fundraising activities is a plus
  • ability to utilize time management techniques to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth event execution

Job Duties

  • develop comprehensive event marketing strategies to promote brand awareness and engagement across various platforms
  • plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse range of events including conferences, trade shows, corporate gatherings, and community outreach initiatives
  • manage all aspects of event logistics such as venue selection, catering arrangements, contracts, and vendor negotiations to maximize value and quality
  • oversee budgeting processes for each event, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high standards of service
  • collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling additional services or packages during events
  • provide exceptional guest services by ensuring a welcoming environment, addressing attendee needs promptly, and enhancing overall event experience
  • monitor event performance through feedback collection and data analysis to continuously improve future initiatives
