Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- part-time availability of 18-24 hours per week with potential for full-time
- ability to work nights and weekends
- physical ability to be onsite for events
- proficiency in Canva and Google Workspace
- experience with social media management
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- passion for craft beer
Job Qualifications
- Experience with Canva and Google Workspace
- comfortable managing social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
- available for nights and weekends
- able to be physically present for events
- passionate about the craft beer industry
- background in events, hospitality, or marketing is a plus
- familiarity with Adobe Suite including Illustrator and Photoshop is beneficial
- knowledge of the Austin events scene is desirable
Job Duties
- Own the taproom event calendar
- build and manage a monthly event calendar balancing beer releases, recurring events, one-off activations, and slower time programming
- work with food truck partners to promote events and specials
- develop event concepts from idea to execution focusing on guest experience
- create run of show documents
- source and build relationships with community partners, vendors, and creatives
- coordinate brand collaborations
- promote events through flyers, graphics, social media posts and manage event listings
- capture photo and video content
- communicate event details and talking points to staff
- work with bar manager for smooth event execution
- be onsite for key events
- coordinate vendors, timing, and setup
- troubleshoot during events
- track event turnout, sales and performance metrics
- adjust future programming based on results
