Job Requirements
- Ability to work weekends including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Attention to detail and punctuality
- Self-motivated with strong desire to educate customers
- High level of energy and engagement
- Ability to use company timekeeping app and submit leads via smartphone
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in event marketing or customer engagement preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with smartphones and data entry
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality
Job Duties
- Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques
- Work well without close supervision but keep the manager informed
- Generate and data capture show leads for award-winning products
- Set up and tear down event materials with ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Exceed issued lead targets and goals set by the Event Marketing Manager
