Recognized repeatedly as one of the World’s Best Workplaces by Great Place to Work and Fortune, Hilton takes pride not only in its outstanding guest service but also in nurturing a supportive, award-winning workplace culture for its Team Members.
As an Events Manager at Hilton, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable and seamless event experiences for guests. This full-time position is more than just overseeing event planning and execution; it is about embodying the spirit of hospitality and ensuring that every event leaves a lasting impression. Your work will involve managing event documentation, facilitating smooth transitions through all event stages, and acting as the primary client contact to proactively resolve issues. You will also design creative menus and catered experiences that maximize revenue while elevating guest satisfaction.
A critical component of your role will be business development and client relationship cultivation. You will be tasked with soliciting new business by developing proposals and negotiating contracts while maintaining strong relationships with existing corporate and social clients to drive repeat business. Leading a dedicated events team, you will communicate client requirements clearly, provide coaching, and ensure consistently high levels of service throughout all event operations.
Hilton values core attributes such as integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency—all essential qualities for success in this role. As part of the Hilton family, you will enjoy a comprehensive range of benefits designed to support your personal and professional wellbeing. These include incredible travel perks with discounted stays at Hilton properties worldwide, financial benefits through an employee stock purchase program, paid parental leave including support for partners and adoptive parents, and personalized caregiving assistance.
Additional support includes mental health resources via an Employee Assistance Program, generous paid time off to recharge, extensive health and welfare plans covering medical, dental, and vision needs, and retirement savings options to secure your financial future. At Hilton, the commitment to care extends beyond guests to each Team Member—ensuring a workplace culture that fosters growth, recognition, and a sense of belonging.
Joining Hilton means becoming part of a global leader that is continually setting new standards for hospitality and travel. Whether you are embarking on your career journey or looking to advance your skills, Hilton offers a place where you can thrive personally and professionally. Be a part of a team that brightens people’s days by creating outstanding experiences, one event at a time.
