Job Description

Our company is a forward-thinking organization that specializes in creating impactful experiences through in-person, virtual, and hybrid event formats. We pride ourselves on innovation and strategic execution, serving a diverse group of employees, clients, partners, and key stakeholders across various industries including software, technology, SaaS, professional services, and healthcare. Our commitment to excellence and creativity in event management allows us to deliver memorable and engaging experiences that strengthen relationships and promote our brand values.

We are currently seeking an accomplished Event Manager to take full ownership of our event planning and execution processes. This role is designed for an organized, creative, and highly capable professional who can transform event concepts into polished, professional experiences. As the Event Manager, you will be responsible for leading events from conception through to completion while working collaboratively across multiple departments including marketing, communications, and senior leadership. You will manage event budgets, vendor relationships, logistics, technology integration, and on-site execution, ensuring each event aligns with strategic goals and delivers outstanding value to participants.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a variety of events including conferences, meetings, executive gatherings, workshops, networking functions, and corporate programs. Experience in coordinating both physical and virtual events is essential, along with the ability to deliver hybrid events that seamlessly blend in-person and digital components. Your role will encompass managing venues, catering, audiovisual logistics, registration processes, speaker coordination, staffing, and all other requirements needed to produce flawless events.

Beyond operational responsibilities, you will play a critical role in developing event strategies, timelines, production plans, and checklists to guide the event team through smooth execution. You will be the central point of contact during live events, overseeing onsite logistics, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high-quality attendee experiences. Your role will also involve post-event evaluation to gather feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

The position offers a competitive annual salary range of $100,000 to $120,000, complemented by a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a $200 monthly phone and internet stipend. Additional benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, family/dependent coverage options, 401(k) retirement plans, paid time off, company holidays, and professional development opportunities. This role follows a hybrid work schedule with 2-3 days of required onsite attendance weekly and additional onsite presence during major event periods. Occasional local or regional travel may be necessary.

As an Event Manager here, you will not only plan and manage events but also be a pivotal part of an organizational culture that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence in event delivery. This is a unique opportunity for an event professional who thrives on ownership, problem-solving, and creating exceptional live and digital experiences. If you are seeking a role that challenges you to bring creative ideas to life while managing complex logistics in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to join our team and help us make every event a remarkable success.
