The role of Event Manager within the Ad Sales Engagement & Events team is a pivotal position that demands a highly organized and proactive professional. Reporting directly to the Director of Ad Sales Engagement & Events, this position is responsible for the comprehensive planning and execution of a variety of events that bolster the company’s sales efforts. These include bespoke client experiences designed to deepen sales relationships, internal engagement initiatives to enhance team cohesion, and efficient on-site event execution to ensure seamless experiences. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality or detail. This role requires meticulous attention to logistical aspects such as venue sourcing, vendor coordination, budget management, and event communications. Moreover, the Event Manager must maintain excellent relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams to align event outcomes with broader business objectives. The position offers a competitive salary range of $102,000 to $115,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and more, reflecting Fox Corporation’s commitment to its employees’ welfare and professional growth.

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Plan and execute bespoke client events that support sales relationships and business development efforts
  • manage end-to-end event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor management, catering, production, transportation, and guest experience
  • own all event communications and documentation such as attendee tracking, rooming lists, travel manifests, and activity selections
  • oversee development and approval of event communications including Save-the-Dates, invitations, and RSVP materials
  • develop and manage event budgets from inception through reconciliation including expense authorizations and real-time tracking
  • manage vendor relationships including onboarding, contracting, and invoice processing
  • lead internal engagement events like team gatherings, leadership meetings, and employee experiences
  • provide on-site event management ensuring seamless execution from setup through breakdown
