The role of Event Manager at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, located at 1500 Epcot Resorts Blvd, Lake Buena Vista, Florida, is a full-time management position offering an annual salary range between $61,800 and $83,000, with eligibility for a performance bonus. This role is central to ensuring every event hosted by the property runs flawlessly from start to finish. The Event Manager is responsible for preparing all necessary event documentation and coordinating efforts among Sales, property departments, and customers to deliver a consistent and high-level service experience during the pre-event, event, and post-event phases. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years experience in event management or related professional area
  • OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related major
  • At least 1 year experience in event management or related area
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple aspects of event logistics
  • Proficient in communicating with customers and property staff
  • Ability to lead meetings and provide feedback
  • Skilled in problem-solving and customer service
  • Capable of working under pressure and adapting to changing demands

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
