By providing education, mentorship, and real-world experience, the organization cultivates passionate leaders who are prepared to take on some of the most pressing challenges in the food and agriculture sectors today. The Institute's vision extends beyond immediate advocacy; it aims to nurture a lifelong commitment in fellows to dismantle factory farming and advance ethical, ecological, and health-conscious food systems. Operating in a remote work environment, New Roots Institute fosters a culture based on resilience, determination, open communication, continuous learning, and collaboration, ensuring that its team members are supported to work purposefully and sustainably. The organization values candid feedback, results-oriented execution, and self-awareness, embracing a work culture that balances hard work with wellness and mutual respect.
