Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in event management, experiential marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field
- 7+ years of event management experience, ideally within a corporate environment
- Experience managing events from concept through onsite execution
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing vendors, contracts, budgets, and logistics
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Flexible and available for travel, weekend events, and changing priorities
- Experience supporting virtual, hybrid, and in-person events
Job Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools

- Tech industry experience preferred
- Flexibility for travel, weekend events, and changing priorities
Job Duties
- Manage end-to-end event planning, execution, budgeting, and reporting
- Coordinate vendors, contracts, logistics, invoicing, and financial reconciliation
- Support corporate events, employee engagement programs, and tradeshows
- Partner with marketing, communications, and business teams on event strategy and execution
- Collaborate on event branding, creative assets, content, and promotional materials
- Develop event timelines, documentation, and plans of record
- Conduct post-event analysis, reporting, and debriefs
- Propose innovative event concepts aligned with industry trends and company goals
- Support multiple concurrent events across virtual, hybrid, and in-person environments
