Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in event management, experiential marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field
  • 7+ years of event management experience, ideally within a corporate environment
  • Experience managing events from concept through onsite execution
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing vendors, contracts, budgets, and logistics
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Flexible and available for travel, weekend events, and changing priorities
  • Experience supporting virtual, hybrid, and in-person events

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in event management, experiential marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field
  • 7+ years of event management experience, ideally within a corporate environment
  • Experience managing events from concept through onsite execution
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent organizational capabilities
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience managing vendors, contracts, budgets, logistics, and event reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Experience supporting virtual, hybrid, and in-person events
  • Tech industry experience preferred
  • Flexibility for travel, weekend events, and changing priorities

Job Duties

  • Manage end-to-end event planning, execution, budgeting, and reporting
  • Coordinate vendors, contracts, logistics, invoicing, and financial reconciliation
  • Support corporate events, employee engagement programs, and tradeshows
  • Partner with marketing, communications, and business teams on event strategy and execution
  • Collaborate on event branding, creative assets, content, and promotional materials
  • Develop event timelines, documentation, and plans of record
  • Conduct post-event analysis, reporting, and debriefs
  • Propose innovative event concepts aligned with industry trends and company goals
  • Support multiple concurrent events across virtual, hybrid, and in-person environments
