Job Description

Infuse Hospitality, part of the Phoenix3 Collective portfolio, is a dynamic and innovative hospitality company that focuses on providing exceptional culinary and hospitality solutions to a variety of environments, including corporate workplaces, specialty venues, and mixed-use spaces. With a commitment to redefining how hospitality enhances the places where people work, gather, and connect, Infuse Hospitality currently operates dining locations nationwide. Their approach blends operational excellence with a premium guest experience, creating environments that are both welcoming and efficient. Infuse Hospitality is widely recognized for its dedication to quality service, attention to detail, and leadership in the hospitality industry.

The Events Manager role at Infuse Hospitality is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional event experiences. This role is primarily focused on driving, coordinating, and executing beverage service and hospitality events across the San Francisco Design Center campus. It is a contract-driven position emphasizing operational performance, financial control, and service quality rather than sales or commission-based targets. The successful candidate will bring strong service leadership, maintain high standards of professionalism and execution, and lead teams effectively during events.

The Events Manager acts as the primary client contact from the initial inquiry through post-event follow-up, managing all facets of event planning and client interactions including site tours, tastings, and proposal development. Attention to detail is crucial, as the role involves coordinating menus, timelines, staffing, and event layouts while maintaining accurate records using event management software such as Tripleseat.

In addition to planning, the Events Manager oversees event operations directly, ensuring flawless on-site setup, smooth service execution, and efficient breakdown. Leadership during events includes leading pre-shift briefings, managing service expectations, and handling operational challenges promptly and professionally. The role also demands maintaining brand standards in presentation and guest experience, supporting the training and development of event staff like bartenders, servers, and support personnel.

Financial management responsibilities include preparing estimates and invoices, monitoring revenue and labor costs, forecasting budgets, and ensuring timely processing of deposits and payments. Compliance with alcohol service regulations, safety standards, sanitation, and food safety protocols is critical, alongside managing vendor relationships and logistics involving rentals, floral arrangements, audiovisual equipment, and staffing partners.

Post-event duties encompass restoring event spaces, client follow-ups, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities for operational improvements. The Events Manager must exemplify a leadership style that fosters respect through credibility, accountability, and solution-focused communication, especially under pressure during high-volume events. This role requires a flexible schedule, with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to respond swiftly to urgent operational needs outside standard business hours.

Infuse Hospitality values a culture of learning and growth, encouraging candidates who might not meet every requirement but have the determination and potential to contribute meaningfully. This role offers a chance to be part of a forward-thinking company dedicated to elevating hospitality experiences and supporting the professional development of its team members.
