Job Description

Infuse Hospitality, a pivotal part of the Phoenix3 Collective portfolio, stands at the forefront of redefining hospitality experiences across corporate workplaces, specialty venues, and mixed-use spaces. This dynamic company specializes in culinary and hospitality solutions that elevate the environments where people work, gather, and connect. Currently managing dining locations nationwide, Infuse Hospitality is renowned for its dedication to operational excellence, innovative service delivery, and an enhanced guest experience. The company thrives on fostering a culture of learning, inclusivity, and professional growth, encouraging motivated candidates to apply even if they do not meet every listed requirement. Infuse Hospitality's commitment to redefining hospitality makes it an ideal workplace for those seeking a career that blends creativity, service excellence, and leadership in a fast-paced, evolving industry.

The role of Events Manager at Infuse Hospitality is crucial in driving, coordinating, and executing beverage service and hospitality events throughout the San Francisco Design Center campus. This position is highly operational, focusing on premium guest experiences, leadership execution, and maintaining high standards of professionalism. Unlike sales or commission-based roles, this position measures success through operational performance, financial control, and service quality. The Events Manager acts as the primary client contact from the initial inquiry through to post-event follow-up, involving tasks like event planning, client communication, site tours, tastings, and proposal development. The role demands meticulous coordination of event details such as menus, staffing, timelines, and layouts, utilizing event management systems like Tripleseat.

Operational responsibilities extend to overseeing on-site event setup, service delivery, and breakdown, leading pre-shift briefings, and addressing operational challenges with professionalism. The manager is responsible for supervising bartenders, servers, captains, and support staff, providing clear direction and hands-on leadership during high-volume events. Financial duties include preparing event estimates, monitoring revenue and labor costs, supporting budgeting processes, and ensuring timely payment processing. Compliance with alcohol service regulations, sanitation standards, and safety protocols forms a critical aspect of the role, as well as managing vendor logistics and partnerships.

This position requires a strong hospitality leadership presence, demonstrated through ownership mentality, solution-oriented thinking, clear communication, and emotional composure under pressure. The Events Manager's performance will be evaluated based on operational execution quality, financial performance, team leadership, and guest satisfaction. Candidates should have 3-5 years of event management experience in beverage sales within hospitality, hotels, catering, or restaurant settings, alongside proficiency in event planning and execution workflows. Preference is given to those with certifications such as ServSafe, Allergen, and Responsible Alcohol Service, and experience with event software platforms like Tripleseat.

Physical demands include the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and maintain an active on-site presence during events. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and respond to urgent operational needs outside standard hours is essential. Infuse Hospitality values diverse talents and welcomes candidates willing to learn and grow, emphasizing a culture where continuous development and impact are highly encouraged.
